Consisting of Senior Members of the Junior Committees, the senior committee meets on a regular basis to guide and direct the organization and its committees. They sit to plan and approve RSDCO's major events and have close discussions with SD38 administration. The Senior Committee is tasked with ensuring RSDCO is socially, financially, and environmentally responsible.
The Leadership Committee runs many small, fun events and initatives throughout the year to provide opportunities for students to grow as leaders, and find their passions! Our School Representatives are a great connection to School District staff.
The Conference Committee runs RSDCO's major events: Transitions and SPROUT. On the Committee, members perform a number of tasks including contacting guests, donation outreach, scheduling, and advertising.
Our Finance Team provides students with the opportunity to learn what it takes to carry out budgeting, marketing, and financial planning in real life applications. The Team is responsible for creating the annual budget, hosting fundraisers, and organizing a business case competition.
